Jared Barnes brings the kind of leadership our profession needs: entrepreneurial, collaborative and community-driven. As a municipal golf operator, he understands how to unite stakeholders, lead with purpose, and create alignment toward a shared vision. I'm excited for the representation he would provide the PGA of America.
Tony Martinez, PGA Past National District 12 Director, PGA of America |
I’ve known Jared Barnes my entire life, and through years of playing golf alongside him and working with him professionally, I’ve seen firsthand the integrity and dedication he brings to everything he does. Jared is as genuine as they come—someone who listens, follows through, and consistently puts others before himself. He has a deep respect for the game and an unwavering commitment to supporting PGA members, always keeping their best interests at the forefront of his decisions. Above all, Jared is a family-first person, grounded in strong values that guide both his personal and professional life. He would serve as a thoughtful, dependable, and principled PGA Secretary. I fully support Jared Barnes in his candidacy for PGA of America Secretary in 2026.
